Our Approach to Warranty

At TechForGood, we are committed to supplying only high-quality products from manufacturers who provide world-class support and stand behind their products 100%. As a B2B supplier, TechForGood does not provide its own warranties. All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty.

DOA (Dead on Arrival) Equipment – 7 Days

  • If your product is faulty or not working on arrival, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
  • We will help facilitate a DOA claim with the manufacturer.
  • Depending on the manufacturer’s policy, this may result in a repair, replacement, or credit.
  • After 7 days, all warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.

Manufacturer Warranties

  • If you discover a fault after 7 days from delivery, you should lodge your warranty claim directly with the manufacturer.
  • Contacting the manufacturer directly is usually faster and more efficient than going through us.
  • Always keep your proof of purchase, as it will be required for manufacturer warranty claims.
  • For your convenience, we provide warranty resource links for our partner manufacturers below. If your product is not listed, contact us at returns@techforgood.com.au.

Enhanced Support and Extended Warranties
If you purchased enhanced support, maintenance, or extended warranty:

  • It is your responsibility to register your product with the manufacturer.
  • TechForGood does not register entitlements on behalf of customers.

How to Lodge a Warranty Claim
Within 7 days of delivery (DOA claims):

  • Email us at returns@techforgood.com.au with “Warranty” in the subject line.
  • Include your proof of purchase and product details.

After 7 days:

  • Contact the manufacturer directly using the warranty resources provided.
